Meals: All meals are included in the fee.

Phone Calls/Cell Phones: We know that some students will be using their cell phones as cameras.  However, we ask that parents refrain from directly contacting students.  Each teacher will have a cell phone for outgoing calls and emergencies.  Should you need to contact the students or teachers, call Lissa Anderson directly at 3747-4800 x409. Money/Extra Expenses: We suggest the amount between R$ 20,00-30,00 for incidental expenses, such as snacks on the boat.  There is absolutely no need for more money than that.  Since students will be responsible for their own belongings, it is advised to bring only this amount.

Cameras:  Because students will be working on their projects for school, we would like them to bring a camera CLEARLY MARKED WITH A NAME, along with a case and a strap. Since students will be responsible for their own belongings, it is important that students know to take good care of their things.

Other Electronics: Students will have “down time” on the long bus rides.  For this reason, they are welcome to bring personal music players that are CLEARLY MARKED WITH A NAME.

Valuables: Please do not pack anything you or your child would miss (expensive jewelry, extra money, etc.).

Documents:  All students will need a copy of an identification card such as RG, Passport, RNE, etc.  Teachers will be responsible for holding on to these copies for the students.
