Math Review

Our first unit test in math will be on Tuesday, August 20th.

In addition to practicing your math skills on Mathletics, please complete the study sheet sent home.  You can also watch this BrainPop video as a review of some of the concepts.  

For the test you will need to be able to successfully:
- draw arrays of a number
- list all factors of a number
- know and explain the difference between a prime and composite number
- identify the best Factor Captor strategies
- identify even and odd numbers, square numbers, multiples and factors
- be able to write numeral in words

You will also be asked to:
- write the prime factorization of a number
- write the prime factorization of a number using exponents
- square numbers
- use the divisibility rules taught in class (for example, think of a number that has 4 digits and is divisible by 3 and 5)
